Applying the Inner Shadow
Next, apply an inner shadow. With the top layer selected, follow these steps:
In the Property inspector, click the Layer Effects icon (+ sign).
A popup menu appears.
Select Shadow and Glow, Inner Shadow, as shown in Figure 12.

A small dialog box appears.
Make the following changes to match Figure 13:
- Distance = 0
- Opacity = 65%
- Spread = 5
- Angle = 315
