Tracking
Messages that pass through BizTalk Server 2004 can be archived as required. BizTalk Server 2004 comes with the Health and Activity Tracking tool (HAT) that can be used to search for messages in various ways. Suspended messages can be searched and debugged inside the HAT tool using the Orchestration Debugger. This process helps to analyze the message flow and to diagnose why a particular message failed.
BizTalk Server 2004 also includes the Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) feature that can be used to collect and analyze messaging statistics. For example, PinkAndBlue can use it to find out which warehouses are the fastest or slowest shippers.
