Extending Crystal Enterprise
An important aspect of information delivery is how the information is presented to the user community. Crystal Enterprise enables organizations to easily customize how information is presented to end users by providing a rich object model for Web application developers to tightly integrate Crystal Enterprise into their Web applications. Developers can present content to end users, as well as provide Web-based administration applications to their organization, using the Crystal Enterprise SDK. Future chapters, such as Chapter 13 and Chapter 15, "Integrating Crystal Enterprise with Third-Party Portals," detail the flexibility of Crystal Enterprise and how easily it can be integrated into any environment.
