Page Menu
The Page menu enables you to control whole pages, such as navigating to a specific page, adding or removing pages, and so on.

If you have used the Section feature to begin your document on a specific page number, you can type the fifth page into the Go To dialog box by typing +5. The Plus sign makes it an absolute number. Cool, huh?
Toggle Displaying Master Pages
Mac: Shift+F10
Windows: Shift+F4
I wish the Go To dialog box would let you jump to a master page, but it won't. However, this keystroke jumps right to the first master page; then you can use the next two keystrokes to navigate through other master pages, if you have more than one. This is the same thing as double-clicking on the first master page in the Document Layout palette.
