Intersection
New objects are created when Flash shapes or lines intersect. This enables the user to cut into existing objects with another object to create a desired effect. To obtain this effect, create an image with Flash 5, select it with the Arrow tool, and then click and move it over another object. Then, click the second object to select it, and move it away.
In the following illustration, Figure 3.6 shows a possible use of this effect. The circle was moved over the square, which was then selected and moved away, leaving a new, changed object.
