Summary
The Help and Support Center in Windows XP is worth teaching users you support about. It definitely has the potential of freeing up your time if you're a system administrator, and has the necessary tools for keeping a system up and running. In this chapter, the Help and Support Center was briefly covered, in addition to two methods for keeping the disk drives in your systems running well: CHKDSK and defragmentation. These two utilities have been around for quite some time, and have saved more than their share of disk drives. The point of this article is to show you how these tools are now integrated into Windows XP.
