Visual Studio Templates
I’ve said before that the Win8 app project templates are more complete than you’re probably used to, and in addition to the app templates that we’re talking about here, there are also templates for some individual project items. We’ll be using some of those in later chapters. They’re certainly more complete than the desktop project templates in earlier versions of Visual Studio. Let’s take a look at what that means. Here are the solution items in our sample app:
