Submitting Apps to the Ubuntu Software Center
The App Review Board (ARB) is a new volunteer group that is ultimately responsible for governing the application review process of open source gratis apps and how it interfaces with the rest of the Ubuntu community and governance systems.
The ARB has a number of rights and responsibilities and is ultimately responsible for approving quality applications for availability to Ubuntu users. The ARB evaluates applications, resolving disputes in applications following the existing dispute resolution system, and sends reports or representatives to Community Council members to weigh in on issues of membership and to update the council on the ARB business.
