How to Become a Facebook Follower
Facebook makes it easy to follow a person’s posts and activities. All you have to do is open that person’s Timeline page, which you can do by clicking on that person’s name anywhere on the Facebook site. (You can also search for a given individual by using the search box in the Facebook toolbar.)
Near the top of the person’s Timeline page, next to the Add Friends button, you’ll see a Follow button. Click it.

That’s all there is to it. From now on out, all of that person’s status updates will appear in your news feed, along those of other people you follow or have friended.
If you want to unfollow a person, return to his or her Timeline page, mouse over what is now the Following button, and select Unfollow. Easy.
