Sharing Individual Tracks to Facebook
In addition to sending all your tracks to Facebook’s news ticker, you can also create Facebook status updates that feature individual tracks you’re listening to on Spotify. It’s easy to do.
Start by navigating within Spotify to the track you want to share. Right-click the track and select Share To from the pop-up menu. When the sharing pop-up appears, select the Facebook tab. Enter the message you want to accompany this post, then click the Share to Facebook button (see Figure 4).

The track you selected is now posted to Facebook, accompanied by the message you wrote. The post appears on your Facebook profile page and in your friends’ news feeds. If a friend is a Spotify subscriber, he can click the track name or album artwork to listen to that track within Spotify. If a friend is not a Spotify subscriber, he can click the Get Spotify link to subscribe (see Figure 5).
