Downloading Movies and TV Shows Using Media Hub (Galaxy Tab 7″)
Media Hub has a variety of content to browse, and you can preview much of it before you purchase. You also have access to summaries of movies and TV shows so that you can make an informed purchase. After you have a Media Hub account, it is very easy to browse, purchase, and rent the latest movies and TV shows.
- Depending on which cellular carrier or Galaxy Tab model you have, you’ll find the Media Hub icon on a home screen or under Applications. Tap Media Hub to access the features.
- Flick your finger from right to left in the upper portion of the interface to scroll through what is new in the store.
- Tap Movie Store to browse movies.
- Movies are presented categorically, with the available categories appearing at the top of the screen and their results appearing in the lower half of the screen. Scroll through the movie categories at the top of the screen to view another category of movies. When the banner for the category is centered onscreen, a new list of results appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the movie that you want within the list. A summary of the movie appears along with the options to watch a preview, own, or rent the movie.
- Tap Rent or Own. If you are not logged in to your account, the Login to My Account screen opens.
- Enter your Email Address and Password into the fields to log in to your account.
- Tap Login. This step and step 9 are not needed if you have already signed in to your account.
- Tap Rent or Own again.
- Tap Add a New Card.
- Enter your credit card information.
- Tap Save Card Details. Media Hub processes your card.
- Tap Download. You can now go to the main screen of the Media Hub app and tap the My Media option to play your movie.
