Adding a Bit of Zing
Since your goal in building this form is to save effort, you probably don't want to tie up much of your precious time in formatting it, but with a modest investmentsay, five minutesyou can add a nice touch or two.
To add a color scheme, open the Format menu and click Add a Color Scheme. Select the color scheme you like best. Unfortunately, the color scheme affects only certain parts of the screen, so you might want to play with the results to get an effect you like.
To put a box around the form (or any element in it), highlight the table, cell, or control; right-click; and choose Borders and Shading.
When you're finished, your form is ready for your colleagues. It might look something like Figure 5.
