2. Google XML Sitemaps
The Google XML Sitemaps plugin (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/google-sitemap-generator) generates a sitemap that helps search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo!, and Ask.com to find and index all the content on your blog. This plugin also notifies search engines when you publish new content, ensuring that web searchers find your latest posts.
On the Google XML Sitemap Generator page in WordPress (see Figure 4), you can learn more about your most recent sitemap build process, rebuild your sitemap manually, or customize your sitemap. You can also keep the default sitemap settings if you're not familiar with the advanced options.
Figure 4 Sitemaps help search engines find all the content on your blog or website.
