Despite some historical challenges, OneNote is now poised for major market momentum. It's an ideal form-follows-function fit for the way many people work today, supporting devices ranging from traditional PCs to non-PC mobile devices and browser clients, offering a user experience that's more intuitive and flexible than traditional productivity applications. In terms of market reach, OneNote 2010 is included in all editions of Office 2010, and the freely available OneNote Web App extends the scope of people who can collaborate with OneNote to include those who don't have the OneNote 2010 client.
