Outlook Social Connector
A cool new feature in Office 2010 is the Outlook Social Connector, which lets you keep up and interact with your colleagues and friends from major social networks right inside Outlook. Facebook, LinkedIn, Myspace, and Windows Live Messenger are supported so far. Use them to keep in touch with family or network with other professionals.
From the new People pane, when you're reading a message, you'll see the sender's profile photo and a running list of their status updates. (See for an example.)
For people who aren't your friends on your social networks, you can add them right from the People pane.
You must first install the Outlook Social Connector. Then you can download the individual add-ins for the social networks you use.
