- If you are not experiencing problems with Vanish, you do not need to change any firewall settings.
- Vanish requires access to the following ports: The firewall must allow UDP traffic (to the Internet) on port 48386 for DHT traffic.
- Vanish listens for TCP connections from localhost (127.0.0.1) on ports 10080 and 10081 for communication between local Vanish components.
