Tip #6: Add Shortcuts to the Quick Access Toolbar
You’ll find the Quick Access Toolbar at the very top of Word 2007, with icons for saving, undoing, and repeating. You can add more shortcuts if you prefer. Plus, you can move it to the bottom of the Ribbon. To make changes, click the down arrow button on the right of the toolbar. To add or remove more icons, choose More Commands. Because some features in Word 2007 are only accessible from icons you add to the toolbar, you may want to select the Commands Not in the Ribbon option for the Choose Commands From field.
