#10: Web Page and HTML Tools
If you used Word for creating web pages, you might think Word 2007 doesn’t support HTML; however, it does. Like other not-so-popular tools and settings, the web items aren’t accessible from the user interface. The File menu in previous versions of Word had the Save as Web Page and Preview Web Page commands. Plus, from the View menu you could bring up the HTML source, add Web Components from the Insert menu, and use the Web Controls toolbar. Office 2007 has all these same commands and tools; you just have to add them to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do this, right-click anywhere on the toolbar and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar. For the Choose Commands From field, select the Commands Not in the Ribbon option, and then find the items you want to add.
