All-in-One Content Programs
Besides the affiliate programs already mentioned, there are three multiple-content programs that you can offer visitors to your Web site.
With CNET's program (http://builder.cnet.com/webbuilding/0-2633572.html) (see Figure 3.8) you can get access to CNET's award-winning news headlines, price-comparison services, tech question and answer service, and the largest free software download library on the Internet. Each time you pass a user along to CNET, your company earns $.02.

When your company becomes an affiliate of Lycos (http://www.lycos.com/affiliateprogram/), you can choose one or more of its dynamic Lycos Network Content Boxes. There are several Content Boxes to choose from. Each contains useful information from around the Lycos Network and the kind of information that can help bring users back to your site. You can offer your visitors a general search service, a Safe Search for Kids service, and access to small business articles that help users run and build small business, in addition to sports scores, a people finder, stock information, software downloads, news, and TV listings. Your site can earn up to $.03 everytime someone clicks through.

The affiliate programs from GoTo.com (http://www.goto.com) (see Figure 3.9) offer two affiliate programs that would interest any e-commerce site and are designed to increase your Web revenue and encourage repeat usage. They offer a Web search service that pays you $.03 each time your visitors search the Web from your site, and an integrated auction service search performed on your site, through which you can earn $7.50 for every 1,000 auction searches. The search results are customized and are integrated into your Web site.
