Uninstalling DB2 Products
This section shows you how to remove DB2 UDB from your Solaris operating environment. To remove DB2 UDB, perform the following steps:

Stop the DAS process (db2admin stop).

Stop all DB2 instances (db2stop or db2stop force from the instance-owning userid)

Remove the DAS instance (dasdrop).

Remove DB2 instances (db2idrop). This step is optional.

Remove the DB2 UDB products (db2_uninstall from the CD-ROM).
