Results

The circuit asset management application has increased the speed and accuracy of circuit order handling and processing. It has increased inventory efficiency and significantly reduced costs.

The application's guided order request process has significantly reduced ordering errors. Its automated approval notification and escalation of elapsed time limits have reduced order-to-provisioning cycle times. Provisioning time estimates are reliable, and business units can track their own orders. The application also provides better business exception management for errors and business policy violations.

The application's flexibility has been proven. It was easily adapted to accommodate and enforce process changes due to continued acquisitions. A newly acquired bank was migrated to the application in one month with very few code changes.

The client estimates that the automated circuit asset management system will reduce its telecommunications procurement and provisioning costs by more than $25 million over the next three years. Application and System Logs

Pearson automatically collects log data to help ensure the delivery, availability and security of this site.
