With a formatted text box (or a block of individual text), you can click the Format Painter icon on the Standard toolbar, and then apply the selected attributes to another text box simply by clicking it.
To paint the format of the text, click inside the source text and then click the Format Painter brush icon. Drag through another segment of text to apply the format to the text (see Figure 3.16).

TIP
You can also create a duplicate of a text box with its style choices by selecting it and dragging out a copy by pressing the Ctrl key.
Click on the border of the text box with the Ctrl key depressed. When you see a small plus sign (+), just drag out a copy of the text box and revise it.
