He is the author of The Joy of SOX: Why Sarbanes Oxley and Service-Oriented Architecture May Be the Best Thing That Ever Happened to You and coauthor of Understanding Enterprise SOA. He is a lecturer at UC Berkeley’s School of Information and a frequent presenter at technology industry conferences. Hugh earned his BA and MBA from Harvard College.
