Promote Your Products and Services
One of the most popular new features of Company Pages is the ability to promote your company's products and services. This is a wonderful marketing tool that far too few companies take advantage of.
Figure 5 shows an example of a product listing on a Company page, that of LinkedIn's Company Pages product. It displays a logo, images of some of the 70 people who have recommended it, a website link, contact information, and an embedded YouTube video.

To add your own products and services, click the Products & Services tab and then click the Add a Product & Service button. Complete the 11-step process to add a product or service, shown in Figure 6.

Each product or service can include an image, description, feature list, product disclaimer, special promotion, embedded YouTube video, contact information, and website URL for more information. LinkedIn marks each required field with a red asterisk, but adding as much detail as possible can really help your company benefit from this worthwhile feature. One thing to remember, however, is that a low-key approach to sales works best on LinkedIn. Present your products and services professionally, not with an overt sales pitch.
