Video InstructionsClick on a video's title and it will open in a new window in your Flash-enabled Web browser. To return to this menu, close the browser window in which the video is running. If you do not have Flash on your computer, or have a version too old to run these movies, please download the latest version of Flash Player from Macromedia or, if you run Linux, from your distribution's download repository.
Flash Player Controls: There is a control bar at the bottom of each video that you can use to stop, start, pause, rewind or fast-forward through it. This feature is especially useful when you want to go over an action more than once to make sure you understand it.
Browser Security Warning Note: When you try to open a Flash video file, some versions of the Explorer Web browser may give you a message that says it has "...restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options..." Click there, choose "Allow Blocked Content," and the video will play. Firefox and other browsers may also give you security warnings. You can safely bypass them for these videos or, if you are using Firefox, change your Flash Player security settings by clicking on the security notice.
