Mark McGregor, CCNP, CCDP(r), CCAI, is the regional coordinator for the Cisco Networking Academy Program at Los Medanos College, in Pittsburg, California. He has taught in the Networking Academy since 1997 and currently works for Cisco Systems Worldwide Education on Networking Academy-related projects. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of California, Davis, and has authored several books for Cisco Press.
