Solution 1: A complete list of errata is available at http://www.nicholaschase.com/errata.html
Question 2: Page 23 mentions an Appendix A. There is no appendix in the book.
Solution 2: The appendix was omitted before the books release. Any references to the appendix were meant to be omitted as well, but it looks like we missed one. Here are the instructions that were meant to be in the appendix.

Question 3: I am unable to create the object "MSWC.ContentRotator" as instructed on Page 90 Listing 3.26c. I looked in the registry and don't have the object installed, where can i get it?
Solution 3: As mentioned in the README file on the CD, some of the components, particularly ContentRotator, are missing from some versions of IIS and PWS. We have been trying to locate a download site, but so far have had no success. Microsoft has a page that tells you where to go for it, but when you get there, it's not there.
You might try contacting Microsoft to see where you can get it. The author is still trying to find it. If he does anytime soon, we will add a link to our web page at http://www.mcp.com/que/detail_que.cfm?item=0789722615
