TOM TAORMINA founded Productivity Resources LLC and is now Managing Partner. He has been a facilitator for companies such as Dell, Ford Motor Credit, and Burlington Northern Railroad. He has developed and delivered seminars on Self-Directed Work Teams for The University of Houston's Center for Advanced Management Practices, and on Conflict Resolution for NASA at the Johnson Space Center.
