Dan York, is an MCSE and MCT. He has served as both an instructor and manager of technical operations for Productivity Point International. Dan has spent almost 20 years working with personal computers. He brings a powerful breadth of knowledge to the classroom. Schooled in adult learning techniques, Dan has spent over 7 years training in the corporate world seeking to demystify computer technology and make it available and understandable to all users.
