Under Michael F. Golden’s leadership, Smith & Wesson has improved marketing, introduced product lines, and acquired companies to expand into new markets, such as facility security. Golden previously worked with the Kohler Company as President of its Cabinetry Division. Prior to that, he served as President of Sales for the Industrial/Construction Group of the Stanley Works, Vice President of Sales for Kohler's North American Plumbing Group, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a division of The Black & Decker Corporation. He holds an MBA from Emory University.
