Jeff Papows

Jeff Papows is the author of Glitch: The Hidden Impact of Faulty Software (September 2010).

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Papows has a proven history of success in both emerging companies and global organizations. Most notably, Papows was president and CEO of Lotus Development Corporation and helped steer the company’s successful integration into IBM. Papows was also president of Cognos Corporation and president and CEO of Maptuit. Papows is currently the president and CEO of WebLayers, a provider of automated I.T. governance software.

Papows has a B.S. in Biology from Norwich University, an M.A in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University and Ph.D. in Business Administration from California Coast University.
