She is also the recipient of a Multimedia Newcomer Award in her hometown of Aachen, Germany.
Alexandra Holmes, CCNA, CCDA, Ph.D., is a technical writer for the Cisco Networking Academy Program and has been a professional writer for five years. She is the co-author of the Fundamentals of Web Design course. Alex is currently pursuing her CCNP certification.
