Michael Harttree

Michael Harttree is a Consulting Systems Engineer for the US Federal Division of Cisco. During the last seven years at Cisco, he has designed and implemented some of the largest video and voice networks in the world. He has a patent for Quality of Service for Voice and Video, has spoken at the Cisco Networkers conference on the subject, as well as Government and Industry Conferences.
