Sending Your Contact to Other People
You can send your contact to other people as a file attachment in an email message. Even if you've listed your contact in a directory, you might find that sending identity information adds convenience for people you want to groove with.
You send your contact by selecting options on the Account: Identities panel, where you set up your contact vCard. Do the following:
Click Email to open the Email Contact Information window.
Enter one or more email addresses in the To: field.
If desired, edit the subject and text message.
Click OK to send your contact.
Figure 3.7 shows the Email Contact Information window completed and ready to send.

If your contact vCard does not include an email address, Groove prompts you to provide one. If you want Groove to automatically use your email address in the From: field in the future, you must edit your contact vCard to include a business or personal email address. The procedure for editing your vCard was described earlier in this lesson in the section "Defining Your Groove Contact."
Alternatively, you can also click Export on the Identities panel to export your contact vCard as a .vcg file. You can attach the file manually to an email or use other means of making your contact available, such as placing it on a file server.
