Get Started Using OWA for iPad
Once your Outlook data is set up to work with Office 365 or Exchange Online, simply download and install the OWA for iPad app from the App Store. Then, if you’re using an Office 365 account, when prompted, enter the Office 365 email address and password for your user account, and tap on the Sign In option.
Otherwise, to use the OWA for iPad app with Exchange Online, from the app’s sign in screen, enter your username and password, and then when the Couldn’t Find Your Settings window appears, tap on the Advanced button, and then enter the sign in information (including the Email Address, Password, User Name, Domain, and Server) provided by your company’s system administrator.
After you’ve signed into the service, whenever your tablet has Internet access, your Outlook data will automatically sync with your Office 365 or Exchange Online account. However, when your iPad is offline, it can be set up so the most recent version of your contacts, calendar, email, and reminders data will be stored within your tablet and be accessible from the OWA for iPad app.
As you get started using OWA for iPad, from within the app, a handful of options for each of the app’s modules should be customized. This only needs to be done once. Tap on the More icon (which looks like three horizontal dots that’s displayed at the bottom of the screen), to access the Options menu, for example.
