Installing, Configuring, Managing, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Certificate Services
You'll need to know how to install Certificate Services and why a company may need them. Know the theory behind PKI (public key infrastructure) and how to design it within an organization. You'll need to know the mechanics of requesting a certificate and how requests can be fulfilled.
Make certain that you know how to install and configure the services within Active Directory. Also, know how devices such as smart cards can be used in conjunction with Certificate Services. You need to know how to revoke a certificate and how to request the CRL (Certificate Revocation Lists).
NOTE
Study Hint: Study the default Group Policy for Certificate Services. It's used to apply certificates to users, computers, and services.
