1.2 Key Corporate Participants
Senior executives identify the problem and establish the task force to work on the problem with an executive-level cross-functional team of representatives. Executive management articulates the corporate objectives and communicates these objectives to the organization so that it can form a workforce team for the cross-functional problem solving. The executive-level task force representatives then update the management by progress reports and findings.
