PowerPoint behaves normally with Apreso running in the background. Although your final video will be shown in a small window, you may want to spruce up a bit and look into the camera every so often. Basically you just present normally and tell your story. For example, in Figure 2 the presenter is going through an animated diagram as he or she presents the material.

You can use builds or animation for most of your elements, and show diagrams and other elements sequentially as you discuss them with your audience.
When you've shown your last slide and return to PowerPoint, a progress dialog box will inform you that capture was completed successfully (see Figure 3). You can open a browser to see the show by clicking View, or return to PowerPoint by clicking OK.
