When the product is launched to customers, there is nothing more powerful than listening to customers. This is free feedback, which not even the best quality assurance (QA) teams can provide. Customers generally are good at finding bugs, and their suggestions should be fed to development teams directly. Many companies such as O2 (a UK-based telecom operator), Dell, and many other large/small businesses encourage the use of Twitter to receive bug reports. Twitter enables businesses to get feedback in less than 140 characters, which means that customers have to be brief and support agents can respond rapidly.
