Stopping the DAS Instance
You must stop the DAS instance before you remove DB2 UDB products. To stop the DAS instance, perform the following steps:

Log in as a user with root authority.

Obtain the name of the DAS instance by entering the following command:
DB2DIR/bin/daslist
-
Log in as the DAS instance owner.
-
Stop the DAS instance by entering the following command: db2admin stop
