Replacing Data
You can find and replace names or information within cells similar to other Office applications. For replacing information in specific ranges or cells do this, select the range you want to search. Choose Edit, Replace. In the Find What box, type the name or information you're looking for and type the new information to replace it with in the Replace With box. Click Replace All.
