"After reading this guide, I realized that MS course 2208 did not even come close to preparing me for the exam. The guide did well in detailing those points that the course briefly mentioned, and it even covered those topics that were missing from the course. Complementing the book's excellent organization were thoughtful sample administrative scenarios and good hands-on practice. Supplementing knowledge shouldn't be painstaking, as other publishers have taken the task to be. I now use those other books as paperwieghts and coasters. Dan Balter and Ed Tittel have done it again.
