Theodore S. Rappaport

Theodore (Ted) S. Rappaport is the David Lee/Ernst Weber Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New York University's Polytechnic School of Engineering. Robert W. Heath Jr. is a Cullen Trust Endowed Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.
